Instructions
Print the image of your choice as a 25x25mm square. Place tape over the front and back of the image, extending over the edges. Trim the tape close to the image, leaving a small border.
Place the image in the setting of a 35mm square focal. Apply Magic-Glos® to the center of the image then allow it to settle. Continue to add Magic-Glos until it covers the setting, then cure.
Curing after each layer, apply additional layers of Magic-Glos to create a domed effect.
Note: View ''Using Magic Glos® to Create a Glass-Like Surface'' how-to video for more details.
Add a 6mm twisted jumpring to the loop of the square focal.
Cut a 24-inch length of Accu-Flex® professional quality beading wire.
String onto the length of beading wire: one crimp and one Accu-Guard™ wire protector. Pass the beading wire back through the crimp. Pull the beading wire so the crimp rests snug against the Accu-Guard leaving approximately 1/4 inch of beading wire on the end. Crimp, then trim the excess from the short end of the beading wire.
String the following pattern seven times:
String one white seed bead, one red seed bead and one white seed bead.
String the jumpring attached to the focal onto the beading wire and over the last three seed beads added.
Repeat Step 5 and 6 in reverse to string the second half of the necklace.
Use 4mm round jumprings to attach each end of the beaded strand to one half of a toggle clasp.
String one red seed bead, one white seed bead and one red seed bead onto a 1-inch eyepin, then create a simple loop.
Repeat to create a second beaded link.
String an 8mm dark blue druk bead onto a 1-inch headpin, then create a simple loop.
Repeat to create a second drop.
Use a 4mm jumpring to connect one beaded link and one drop.
Pass the loop of a leverback earwire through the second loop of the beaded link, then close.
Repeat to create the second earring.
