Instructions
Cut 10 inches of 26-gauge ParaWire™
String a #11 seed bead onto the wire, then a 4mm bicone, creating a seed bead-bicone set. Repeat for a total of 20 sets.
Pass the other end of wire through the last bicone in the opposite direction, crossing both wires through the bicone.
Gently pull tight to form a circle. You will have two separate wires at the top.
String the following onto each wire: a seed bead, a 3mm bicone, then another seed bead.
Pass the two wires through an additional 3mm bicone, in the opposite direction (as in Step 3), creating a smaller circle.
Gather the two wires and twist to make a single twisted wire. Use round-nose pliers to make a wrapped loop bail. The hole should face sideways to the pendant. Trim any excess wire and smooth ends down with flat-nose or chain-nose pliers.
For instructions on creating a wrapped loop, view the "Secrets to a Wrapped Loop" how-to video and illustrated instructions.
String an 18-inch silver-plated 1.5mm cable chain through the bail.
Add a 5mm 22-gauge silver-plated open jump ring to a 13x6.5mm crystal briolette to create a drop. For instructions on opening and closing jump rings, view the "Opening Jump Rings and Split Rings" how-to video and illustrated instructions.
Add two 5mm 22-gauge silver-plated open jump rings to the briolette drop. Attach each of those jump rings to either side of the bottom of the bail, between bicones, over the silver seed beads.

Attach a fishhook earwire to the bail.
Repeat Steps 1-8 for the second earring.
