Sterling Silver
Sterling silver head pins are a jewelry design staple with a flat head on one end, ideal for making dangles or drops. Shining sterling silver brings a cool elegance to designs and will patina over time for an antiqued look. The narrow gauge is ideal for 2-4mm gemstone beads, cultured freshwater pearls, small crystals and precious metal beads. The higher the gauge number, the thinner the wire of the head pin.
Due to the manufacturing process, head pins will often arrive bent. However, they are soft metal, so they are easily reshaped.
Head pins have an anti-tarnish coating.
