Sterling Silver-Filled
Sterling silver-filled ear wires have a high-perceived value at a fraction of the cost of sterling silver. Sterling silver-filled ear wires are made of a durable outer layer of sterling silver surrounding a copper-alloy core. Finished with an additional silver plating for uniformity and an anti-tarnish coating to preserve the beauty. Angular fishhook ear wires are packaged in multiple pairs for easy resale.
For optimal results, use nylon jaw pliers or pliers dipped in Tool Magic® heavy-duty rubber coating when working with sterling silver-filled ear wires to prevent scratching or marring. Contains 10% silver, 1/10 silver filled. Stamped ".925/10SF."
Guard against accidental earring loss by using Bead Huggers™ or other plastic safety earnuts. These slide easily onto ear wires to keep earrings safely in place. Plastic earnuts are also great for securing earrings to resale display cards.
