This stunning undrilled naja focal component was cut by hand from red agate. The naja shape is a favorite for Native American, Southwest and metaphysical jewelry trends. "Naja" is the Navajo word for "crescent," the naja pendant often hangs from the end of a complex squash blossom necklace. It is also a popular motif alone. Red agate, according to metaphysical beliefs, is a stone of protection that shields against negative energies.
