Use flush-cutters to cut one 24-inch and fourteen 5-inch lengths of ball chain.
Open one clamp-on bead tip. Place the last ball on one end of one 5-inch length of chain inside the bead tip and gently close the bead tip.
Repeat to attach a bead tip to each 5-inch length of ball chain, creating a length of chain tassel.
String one bead tip from two lengths of chain tassel onto one 5mm jump ring and one 4mm jump ring.
Repeat using the remaining lengths of chain tassel to create a total of seven pairs of tassels.
Use the 4mm jump ring attached to one pair of tassels to attach the tassels to a loop on the end bar.
Repeat to fill each loop on the end bar.
Use one 4mm jump ring to attach the 5mm jump ring on the farthest loop on the end bar to the nearest 5mm jump ring.
Use one 4mm jump ring to attach the same 5mm jump ring to the next 5mm jump ring.
Repeat to attach each 5mm jump ring to corresponding 5mm jump rings.
Trim the ends of the tassels to desired shape.
Attach a clamp-on bead tip to each end of the 24-inch length of ball chain.
Attach one 5mm jump ring onto one bead tip.
Use one 4mm jump ring to attach a lobster claw clasp onto the opposite bead tip.
Use flush-cutters to cut sixteen 2-1/4 inch lengths of ball chain.
Open one clamp-on bead tip. Place the last ball on one end of ball chain inside the bead tip and gently close the bead tip.
Repeat to attach a bead tip to each length of ball chain, creating a length of chain tassel.
String one bead tip from two lengths of chain tassel onto one 5mm jump ring and one 4mm jump ring to create a pair of tassels.
Repeat using the remaining lengths of chain tassel to create a total of four pairs.
Use the 4mm jump ring attached to one pair of tassels to attach the tassels to a loop on the end bar.
Repeat to fill each loop on the end bar, except the top loop.
Attach the ear wire onto the top loop of the end bar to complete one earring.
Repeat Steps 1 through 5 to complete a second earring.
