Instructions
Mix Devcon® 2 Ton® epoxy according to manufacturer's instructions.
Apply epoxy to the center of a filigree focal. Press a flat back onto the adhesive.
Repeat to apply a flat back to each of the "spokes" of the focal then repeat to add flat backs to the edge of the focal aligned with the spokes.
Set aside to dry.
Cut one 20-inch and nine 1-inch lengths of chain.
Pass one 4mm jump ring through the ends of two 1-inch lengths of chain and one hole along the edge of the filigree focal then close.
Pass one 4mm jump ring through the opposite end of one length of chain, the end of a new 1-inch length of chain then skip two flat backs and go through the hole on the focal then close.
Use 3mm jump rings to attach the remaining 1-inch lengths of chain evenly between the outer two chain dangles.
Attach a pendant bail to the filigree focal opposite of the chain fringe. Use 3mm jump rings to attach the clasp to the 20-inch length of chain then pass the chain through the bail to complete the necklace.

Set aside to dry.

Pass one 4mm jump ring through the opposite end of one length of chain, the end of a new 1-inch length of chain then skip two flat backs and go through the hole on the focal then close.
Use 3mm jump rings to attach the remaining 1-inch lengths of chain evenly between the outer two chain dangles.
Repeat to create a total of two embellished filigree focals.
Attach an ear wire to each focal opposite of the chain fringe to create the earrings.
