Instructions
Cut two 9-inch lengths of chain and one 16-inch length of ParaWire™ wire.
Use the tip of round-nose pliers to grip the center of the wire and push the tails in opposite directions over each other to form a loop. Bend both tails to form a teardrop shape. Push the tails in opposite directions and make a loop at the top of the teardrop using one tail.
Continue by forming a teardrop and a circle on each side. Create a loop above each circle then trim any excess wire.
Place the wire focal on a steel block and hammer both loops flat, being careful not to hammer the point where wires cross. Texturize the teardrop as desired with the ball peen side of the hammer.
Place a 10mm cabochon in a 10mm bezel link setting. Use a bezel roller to secure it in place.
Open a 4mm jump ring. Slide on the 10mm link and a 15mm TierraCast® charm. Close the jump ring.
Pass a rainbow moonstone teardrop and two white moonstone beads onto a head pin. Form a simple loop. Repeat to create a total of four drops.
Add a 4mm jump ring to a 6mm TierraCast charm. Repeat for a total of 5 charms.
Use 4mm and 5x4.5mm jump rings to attach the drops created in Steps 3 and 4 to the wire component, using the image as reference. Use the 5x4.5mm jump rings for the top of the teardrops.
Use jump rings to attach one end of each chain to the wire component.
Cut a 3-1/2 inch length of ParaWire wire.
Use the tip of round-nose pliers to grip the center of a length of wire. Push the tails of wire in opposite directions over each other to form a loop. Bend both tails to form a teardrop shape. Make a loop at the top of the teardrop using one tail. Trim any excess wire. Repeat to create a second teardrop.
Place a teardrop on a steel block and hammer both loops flat, being careful not to hammer the point they cross. Texturize the teardrop as desired with the ball peen side of the hammer. Repeat with the second teardrop.
Place an 8mm cabochon in an 8mm bezel setting link. Use a bezel roller to secure it in place.
Pass a rainbow moonstone teardrop and two white moonstone beads onto a head pin. Form a simple loop.
Add a 4mm jump ring to a 6x4mm TierraCast charm.
Use a jump ring to attach the gemstone drop to the bottom of the wire teardrop. Use a jump ring to attach the charm to the inside of the teardrop. Use jump rings to attach the wire teardrop and an ear wire to the link.
Repeat Steps 3 - 5 to create a second earring.
