Instructions
Cut a 1-foot length of 26-gauge wire. Pass the wire between the teeth at the top of the comb, centering the comb on the wire.
Holding the wire at the back of the comb in place, string two 2mm pearls onto the wire at the front of the comb. Tightly wrap the wire up and around the top of the comb, passing between the next set of teeth.
Repeat to add two 3mm bicones.
Continue to add sets of pearls and bicones to the end of the comb then tightly wrap to secure. Do not trim the wire.
Repeat Step 2 to add pearls and bicones to the opposite end of the comb.
Position one end of the wire away from the comb. String five Pacific opal shimmer rondelles onto the wire, holding them approximately 1/2 and inch from the comb.
Bend the wire so the beads create a flower. Twist the wire back down the stem for approximately 1/4 of an inch.
String three 4mm pearls onto the wire and create a second flower. Twist the wire back down the second stem for approximately 1/4 of an inch.
String three avocado seed beads onto the wire and create a third flower. Twist the wire back down the third stem and then the second stem. As you near the bottom of the second stem, add three 2mm pearls to the wrapping.
Wrap down the first stem twice, then branch off and add a second, slightly shorter seed-bead flower. Wrap back down to the comb and pass through the top hole.
Add three 2mm pearls and tightly wrap through the hole two more times. Trim any excess wire.
Repeat Steps 4 - 7 to create variations of beaded flowers branching from the opposite end of the comb.
String one 3mm bicone, one rondelle and one 3mm bicone onto a ball pin then create a wrapped loop.
Cut three lengths of chain that include two heart links and two round links.
Use a jump ring to attach one end of each chain to the holes on one side of the comb.
Attach the beaded drops to the opposite ends of the chain.
