- Drop, antique silver-plated brass, 12mm flat round

- Drop, Crystal Passions®, sapphire, 14mm faceted classic cut pendant (6430)
- Ear wire, antique silver-plated copper, 20mm fishhook with 5mm beaded flat round and open loop, 18 gauge
- Focal, antique silver-plated "pewter" (zinc-based alloy), 45x33mm single-sided textured open teardrop with 7 loops
- Head pin, antique silver-plated brass, 1 inch, 21 gauge
- Jump ring, antique silver-plated brass, 5mm round, 3.1mm inside diameter, 19 gauge
- Jump ring, antique silver-plated brass, 6mm round, 4.2mm inside diameter, 18 gauge
- Jump ring, antique silver-plated brass, 8mm round, 5.4mm inside diameter, 16 gauge
Instructions
Step 1
String one crystal clear 3mm bicone and one sapphire 4mm bicone onto a head pin then form a simple loop. Repeat to create a total of eight drops.
String one sapphire 4mm bicone onto a head pin then form a simple loop. Repeat to create a second drop.
Step 2
Pass one 5mm jump ring through the bottom center loop of one heart drop and the top loop of one teardrop focal then close.
Step 3
Attach one double bicone drop to one of the bottom loops of the heart drop. Repeat to attach three more drops to the remaining bottom loops of the heart drop.
Step 4
Use an 8mm jump ring to attach one sapphire 14mm classic cut pendant to the bottom center loop of the teardrop focal.
Using one 6mm jump ring each, attach one crystal clear 10mm classic cut pendant to the loops on each side of the sapphire pendant.
Step 5
Using 5mm jump rings, attach one 12mm flat round drop to each of the four remaining loops on the inside of each of the teardrops on the focal.
Attach one sapphire 4mm bicone drop to the bottom of the top-most teardrop of the focal, just below the top center flat round drop.
Step 6
Attach an ear wire to the top of the heart drop to complete the earring.
Step 7
Repeat Steps 2 - 6 to create a second earring.
