- Ear wire, sterling silver, 42mm marquise with infinity design
- Bead, lapis lazuli (natural), 2mm round, B grade, Mohs hardness 5 to 6
- Wire, sterling silver, dead-soft, round, 32 gauge
Instructions
Step 1
Cut two 12-inch lengths of sterling silver 32-gauge wire.
Step 2
Begin wrapping one end of one length of wire approximately three to four times around one portion of the infinity symbol, starting at the bottom. Trim excess from the tail-end of the wire.
Step 3
String one 2mm round onto the wire then continue to wrap one loop around the portion of the infinity symbol to secure the bead.
Step 4
Repeat Step 3 to add nineteen more beads to the front of the infinity design, crossing over to the opposite side in the middle (approximately the 10th bead).
Step 5
After the last bead has been added, bring the wire down and under the base of the infinity symbol (where it meets the ear wire) then wrap the wire approximately 3-4 times round the ear wire to secure.
Trim excess wire.
Step 6
Repeat Steps 2 - 5 to create a second earring.
