Cut a 10-inch length of Artistic Wire® Braid™ wire.
Use the wire to create a teardrop shape large enough to fit around a 30x28mm crystals starfish pendant. Leave the left-side tail under the right side.
Bend the right-side tail upwards at a 90-degree angle then bend it back down to create a loop. Leave the tail hanging in the middle of the teardrop.
Wrap the left-side tail around the right-side approximately three to four times. Pull the hanging tail through the teardrop then wrap it up and around the loop approximately two to three times, being sure to leave a small gap to fit a 16-gauge jump ring.
Trim any excess wire.
Open a 4mm round jump ring. Pass a light turquoise rivoli pendant onto the jump ring then close.
Pass the light turquoise drop, an open starfish charm, a 30x28mm starfish pendant and an empty 4mm jump ring onto a 10mm jump ring.
Open an 8mm jump ring and slide through the small gap left in Step 2 and the empty 4mm jump ring. Close the 8mm jump ring.
Slide the 18-inch chain through the loop created in Step 2 to complete the necklace.
Open an 8mm jump ring. Slide on a 17x16mm starfish pendant and a second 8mm jump ring then close the first jump ring.
Open a third 8mm jump ring. Slide on the second jump ring and an open starfish charm then close the third jump ring.
Attach a light turquoise rivoli pendant to a fourth jump ring.
Open a fifth jump ring. Slide on the light turquoise drop, the third jump ring and an ear wire then close the fifth jump ring.
Repeat to create a second earring.
