Tie a knot around the bottom-left portion of a beading hoop. Leave an approximately 2-inch tail. Add a beading needle to the working end.

Pass through the same beads again in the same order, then pass the beading needle over the thread between the 9th and 10th cyan blue seed beads. Pick up a fuchsia and lilac, go back up through the previous row and down through the new row. Pick up a lilac and a fuchsia.
Continue this process to add a total of 15 rows. Pass through the last seed bead.
Repeat Step 4 alternating between fuchsia #11s and pink #15s.
Pick up five cobalt #15s. Pass through the third fuchsia bead of the previous row. Repeat to add a total of seven sets of cobalt seed beads, passing through every other fuchsia bead. Pass back through beads in the design to secure. Tie a knot and trim excess thread.
Cut a 6-inch length of wire.
Wrap one end of the wire three times around one side of the beading hoop approximately 10mm from the top. Pass onto the wire two fuchsia seed beads, a quartz crystal bead and two fuchsia seed beads. Wrap the wire around the opposite side, trim any excess and tuck in the tails.
Attach a bail to the top of the beading hoop. Pass the chain through the bail to complete the necklace.
