Instructions
Cut seven 2-foot lengths and one 3-foot length of FireLine® thread.
Pass a 2-foot length of thread onto a needle.
Pick up 20 green TILA® beads and point them all the same direction. Pass through all beads again to form a circle. Turn around and pass through the top of the TILA beads, adding another green TILA bead between each already strung, as seen in the image above.
At the top of the second row of TILA beads, pick up a bronze TILA bead. Continue to string through the second row of TILA beads adding a rainbow bronze seed bead between each TILA. When you reach the opposite side of the first bronze TILA, add another bronze TILA then finish the pattern of green TILA to seed bead until you reach the first bronze TILA.
Repeat Step 2 until six components are created or desired length is achieved.
Tip: To connect each component, when picking up the "first" bronze TILA bead, instead pass through the second bronze TILA of the previous component.
Pass a 2-foot length of thread onto a needle.
Pick up 20 green TILA beads and point them all the same direction. Pass through all beads again to form a circle. Turn around and pass through the top of the TILA beads, adding a rainbow bronze seed bead between each one. After you pass through the last green TILA, pass through a bronze TILA at one end of the component.
Pass a 3-foot length of thread onto a needle.
Pick up twelve dark teal seed beads.
Pick up one dark teal seed bead, pass the needle through the next-to-last bead strung on the thread then pull the thread so the new bead and the last bead from the previous row are stacked on top of each other. Repeat until you reach the end of the row.
Pick up a dark teal seed bead and pass the needle through the first stacked bead of the previous row.
Continue to make a 10 row peyote stitch.
Roll the rows toward each other and stitch together to create a bar. Weave through to one end, add a rainbow bronze seed bead then pass through the middle to add a rainbow bronze seed bead to the other end.
Weave through to the bottom of the bar and bring out the thread.
Pick up two rainbow bronze seed beads, three dark teal seed beads, seven rainbow bronze seed beads and one dark teal seed bead.
Pass twice through a bronze TILA at the opposite end of the bracelet from the ring created in Step 4.
Continue to pick up one dark teal seed bead and seven rainbow bronze seed beads. Pass back through the same three dark teal seed beads and pick up two new rainbow bronze seed beads.
Weave through the bar to secure.
Use an adhesive to attach a copper embellishment to each of the components created in Steps 2 and 3. Be sure to leave the end ring open for the clasp.
