Print three images of Earth: one approximately 13mm in diameter and two approximately 8mm in diameter.
Trim the images to fit the setting of a 20x19mm heart frame drop and two earstud settings.
Cover the front and back of each image with transparent tape, extending over the edges, then trim the tape close to the image.
Place the larger image into the pendant setting.
Apply resin to the center of the image then allow to settle. If needed, use a toothpick to extend the resin to the edges of the image.
Continue to slowly add resin over the image until it is even with the top of the setting, then cure.
Apply a second layer of resin to the cured layer to create a domed effect, then cure.
Continue to add layers until the desired dome is achieved.
Open an ice-pick bail and insert the prongs into the loop of the pendant. Pinch the bail closed, then string the bail onto an 18-inch cable chain.
Insert the post of each earstud into a piece of scrap clay to keep the setting level while working.
Insert each of the smaller taped images into the earstud settings.
Apply resin to the center of each image then allow to settle.
