- Jump ring, gold-plated brass, 4mm round, 2.4mm inside diameter, 20 gauge
- Scrap, leather (dyed), turquoise blue, 9-1/4 x 3-1/2 inch square
- Scrap, leather (dyed), purple, 9-1/4 x 3-1/2 inch square
- Chain, gold-finished brass, 6x5mm curb
- Wire, ParaWire™, gold-finished and silver-plated copper, round, 26 gauge
- Ribbon crimp end, gold-plated brass, 19x5mm rectangle
- Clasp, lobster claw, gold-plated brass, 12x7mm with swivel
- Bead, Celestial Crystal®, 48-facet, pink, 6mm faceted round
- Cord, leather, tan, 20mm flat
- Leather scrap mix (natural / dyed), mixed colors, mixed shape
- Bead, Preciosa Czech crystal, peridot AB, 4mm faceted round
- Bead, Preciosa Czech crystal, aqua bohemica AB, 4mm faceted round
Instructions
Step 1
Cut petals from scrap leather. Hold each petal with bent chain-nose pliers and use a lighter to lightly singe the edges.
Step 2
Cut seven inches of 20mm flat leather cord and attach a ribbon crimp end to each end.
Step 3
Punch six evenly spaced holes along the length of the leather cord.
Step 4
Cut a 10-inch length of 26-gauge wire. Wrap the end of the wire tightly through the loop of a ribbon crimp end to securely attach it to the bracelet.
Pass the wire through the first hole of the bracelet.
Step 5
String all the petals of one flower onto the wire, starting with the bottom side. String a crystal round onto the wire then pass back through all the petals and the hole of the bracelet.
Push the petals down to the leather cord, pulling the wire just short of snug. Make a 90-degree bend approximately 2mm from the petals. Push the bead against the bend then pull the wire tight and pass through the next hole.
Repeat to add all the flowers.
Step 6
Tightly wrap the wire through the loop of the ribbon crimp end to secure then trim any excess.
Step 7
Cut a 1-inch length of curb chain and use a jump ring to attach it to one end of the bracelet. Attach a lobster claw clasp to the opposite end.
