Pass one 6mm jump ring through four other 6mm jump rings then close. Set the rings down so they lay flat and so the rings overlap. Pass one 6mm jump ring through two rings on one side then close. The chain should resemble a 1-2-1-2 weave.
Pass one 6mm jump ring through the two jump rings on the end then add two more 6mm jump rings and close. Repeat until the desired length of the bracelet is achieved, leaving a space of approximately 1-1/2 to 2 inches to finish the bracelet later. Connect a single 6mm jump ring to the last two jump rings so the chain starts and ends with one jump ring.
Repeat Steps 1 and 2 to create a second identical length of 1-2-1-2-1 weave.
Lay the two lengths of weave side-by-side so the rings lay in the same direction on both. The weaves should line up so there should be smaller row of 2 rings and longer rows of 4 rings.
Pass one 6mm jump ring through the center two rings in the first row of 4 then close so it lays in the same direction as the two outer rings, creating the first row of 3.
Pass one 6mm jump ring through the center two rings in both the first and second even rows then close, creating the second row of 3.
Repeat this pattern to connect the even rows of 4 rings in both lengths then add a 6mm jump ring to the end.
Repeat Step 5 on the opposite end.
Use one 4mm jump ring to connect the middle 6mm jump ring on one end of the chainmaille weave to the center loop on the 3-loop side of one 17x16mm drop. Repeat to connect the outer two jump rings to the outer two loops of the drop.
Repeat on the opposite end of the weave.
Pass one 4mm jump ring through one lobster claw clasp and the loop on one drop then close. Repeat to create double jump rings, completing the bracelet.
