- Bead, malachite (natural), 12x12mm heart, B grade, Mohs hardness 3-1/2 to 4
- Bead, malachite (natural), 4mm round, B grade, Mohs hardness 3-1/2 to 4
- Bead, silver-plated brass, 4x3mm rounded rectangle
- Head pin, silver-plated brass, 1-1/2 inches with 1.5mm ball, 24 gauge
- Memory wire, silver-plated stainless steel, 2-1/4-inch bracelet, 0.65-0.75mm thick
- Seed bead, Miyuki, glass, #11 rocaille, opaque outside dyed green, (RR-1481)
- Seed bead, Miyuki, glass, #11 rocaille, opaque silver-plated, (RR-961)
Instructions
Step 1
Cut a length of bracelet memory wire long enough to make 3 coils. With memory wire pliers, make simple loop at one end of the wire. For directions on how to make a simple loop, watch the video or read the instructions here.
Step 2
String a 4mm round malachite bead onto the wire, then follow with a silver-plated rocaille seed bead, an outside-dyed green rocaille seed bead, then a silver-plated brass rounded rectangle bead. Next, reverse the order: thread on a green rocaille seed bead, a silver-plated rocaille seed bead and 4mm round malachite bead. Continue this pattern until you get to the end of bracelet.
Step 3
When you get to the end of bracelet, use the memory wire pliers to make another simple loop. Add a ball pin to a 12x12mm malachite heart bead and make a double loop in the end.
