- Bead, bamboo, brown, 10x4mm-11x6mm round tube
- Bead, antiqued copper, 5x1.5mm beaded rondelle
- Bead, TierraCast®, antique silver-plated pewter (tin-based alloy), 5x1.5mm beaded rondelle
- Button, TierraCast®, "Western Winds" collection, antique silver-plated pewter (tin-based alloy), 20x14mm with concho design and closed loop
- Cord, Powercord®, elastic, clear, 0.8mm, 8.5 pound test
- Jump ring, silver-plated brass, 4mm round, 2.6mm inside diameter, 22 gauge
- Seed bead, Dyna-Mites™, glass, opaque matte turquoise blue, #6
- Spacer bar, silver-plated brass, 17x4mm 3-strand, fits up to 6mm bead
- Adhesive, epoxy, Devcon® 2 Ton® Clear Epoxy, 30-minute, 2-part
Instructions
Step 1
Cut three 10-inch lengths of Powercord®.
Step 2
Use a jump ring to connect a closed jump ring to a button. Repeat.
Repeat to create a total of four buttons with two sets of jump rings each.
Step 3
Pick up one strand of Powercord. Pass through the closed loop of a button then string the following:
- Three seed beads
- One copper rondelle
- One bamboo bead
- One copper rondelle
- One seed bead
- One pewter rondelle
Pass through the center of a spacer bar then repeat the pattern in the opposite direction.
Tie a simple knot with each end of the cord. Use a toothpick to add a small amount of Devcon® adhesive to the knot to secure the strand.
Step 4
Repeat Step 3 to add a strand to each side of the bracelet, passing through the jump rings and outer holes of the spacer bars.
