Instructions
Cut eight 20-inch strands of Accu-Flex® professional quality beading wire and one 2-inch length of 4mm cable chain.
String onto four lengths of beading wire: one cone, one 3x2mm corrugated rondelle, one crimp and one Accu-Guard™ wire protector. Pass the beading wire back through the crimp and the rondelle. Pull the beading wire so the crimp rests snug against the Accu-Guard leaving approximately 1/4 inch of beading wire on the end. Crimp then trim the excess from the short end of the beading wire. Finish with a crimp cover.
Separate the strands then string the following onto each strand, securing each with a bead stopper:
Repeat Steps 2 and 3 using the other four lengths of beading wire.
Using the first strand from one group, remove the bead stopper and string on the following:
Place a bead stopper after the 2.5mm smooth round.
Repeat Step 5 using the first strand from the second group of strands. Instead of stringing a sixth rose montée, pass the beading wire through the last rose montées from Step 5 using the perpendicular hole. This will form the outside of the heart.
String onto the second strand from one side:
Place a bead stopper onto the beading wire.
Repeat using a strand from the second group, connecting to the opposite side of the heart.
String onto the third strand from one side:
Following a similar pattern from Steps 5 - 7, repeat stringing the remaining strands through the heart and adding rose montées and glass druk beads where needed. Use bead stoppers on the ends of each length of beading wire.
Once the heart is complete, adjust the strands as needed so the heart is symmetrical then, one at a time, pass each length of beading wire back through the crimp and crimp. Trim excess wire.
Pass one oval jump ring through one Accu-Guard and one lobster claw clasp.
Use another oval jump ring to attach one end of the length of chain to the opposite Accu-Guard then use a third jump ring to attach a heart charm to the opposite end of the chain.
Cut two 6-inch lengths of Accu-Flex professional quality beading wire.
String one 4mm glass druk onto a length of beading wire. Center the druk on the strand.
String one 2.5mm smooth round and one rose montée onto one end of the strand. On the opposite end, string one 2.5mm smooth round then pass the beading wire through the rose montées using the perpendicular hole.
On one end, string one 2.5mm round, one 4mm glass druk, one 2.5mm round and one rose montée. On the opposite end, string one 2.5mm round, pass the beading wire through the 4mm glass druk in the opposite direction, pick up one 2.5mm round and pass the wire through the rose montée using the perpendicular hole.
Repeat Step 4 one more time then string a 2.5mm round onto each end of the wire.
String one 4mm glass druk and one crimp end onto both ends of the wire then pull tight and crimp. Trim excess wire. Pass one jump ring through the crimp end and an earstud to complete the earring.
Repeat Steps 2 - 5 to create a second earring.
