Instructions
Cut the following:
String onto a 4-inch eye pin:
Continue to string one 41mm spike onto the eye pin then repeat the above pattern in reverse. Form a simple loop to secure.
Gently form a curve in the eye pin so the spike beads point outward.
String onto one length of beading wire: one crimp, one Accu-Guard™ wire protector and the last link of one 1-inch length of chain. Pass the beading wire back through the crimp. Pull the beading wire so the crimp rests snug against the Accu-Guard leaving approximately 1/4 inch of beading wire on the end. Crimp then trim the excess from the short end of the beading wire. Finish with a crimp cover.
String onto the beading wire:
Repeat Step 3, connecting the Accu-Guard to the last link on one 5-inch length of chain.
Repeat Steps 3 and 4 using the remaining lengths of beading wire and chain.
String one 18x13mm leaf, one 4x1mm-6x2mm rondelle and one 3mm bicone onto a head pin then form a wrapped loop. Repeat to create a total of four drops.
Pass one jump ring through the last link on the end of one 5-inch length of chain (opposite end from where it is connected to the beaded length of beading wire) and one half of the toggle clasp then close.
Repeat with the second half of the toggle clasp and the other 5-inch length of chain.
Connect one simple loop of the focal to one 3-link length of chain. Repeat with the other 3-link length of chain.
Using jump rings, connect each of the drops to the following: one drop to both Accu-Guards connected to the top link of the 3-link lengths of chain and one drop to both bottom links of the 3-link lengths of chain.
Cut two 3-link lengths of long cable chain.
String one green aventurine carved leaf, one chrysoprase rondelle and one paradise shine 3mm bicone onto a head pin then begin to form a wrapped loop. Attach the end link on one length of chain to the wrapped loop before finishing the wrap.
Attach an ear wire to the opposite end of the length of chain.
Repeat Steps 2 and 3 to create a second earring.
