Instructions
Cut a 24-inch length of Accu-Flex® professional quality beading wire.
String a crimp and an Accu-Guard™ wire protector onto the beading wire. Pass the beading wire back through the crimp. Pull the beading wire so the crimp rests snug against the Accu-Guard leaving approximately 1/4 inch of beading wire on the end. Crimp then add a crimp cover.
String gemstone, wood, shell and heishi beads as desired, using the image above as reference. When the desired length has been reached, repeat Step 2 to secure the strand then trim any excess wire.
Open a 6mm jump ring. Slide on one end of the beaded strand then close the jump ring. Repeat to add a clasp to the opposite end and complete Necklace 1.
Cut eight 2-inch lengths and two 1/3-inch lengths of chain.
Pass a turquoise bead onto an eye pin then form a simple loop. Repeat to create a second single-turquoise link.
Pass a turquoise bead, a gold lip shell bead and a turquoise bead onto an eye pin then form a simple loop. Repeat to create a total of three 3-bead links.
Pass two turquoise beads onto an eye pin then form a simple loop. Repeat to create a second double-turquoise link.
Pass a turquoise bead and a gold lip shell bead onto an eye pin then form a simple loop. Repeat to create a second turquoise-shell link.
Connect the chain and link components in the following order:
Add a 3-bead link then repeat the pattern in the opposite order.
Attach a 6mm jump ring to one end of chain then use a 4.5mm jump ring to attach a clasp to the other end and complete Necklace 2.
Open a beading hoop. Pass on gemstone, wood, shell and heishi beads in the desired order, using the image above as reference. Close the beading hoop. Attach the beading hoop to an ear wire.
Repeat to create a second earring.
