- Crimp cover, 12Kt gold-filled, 4mm
- Focal, cubic zirconia, orange, 36x9mm faceted teardrop, Mohs hardness 8-1/2
- Drop, cubic zirconia, garnet red, 18x7mm hand-faceted teardrop, Mohs hardness 8-1/2
- Bead, 14Kt gold-filled, 4x1mm liquid tube
- Clasp, lobster claw, 14Kt gold-filled, 13.5x5mm
- Beading wire, Accu-Flex®, nylon and stainless steel, pearl, 49 strand, 0.014-inch diameter
- Bead, cubic zirconia, red and dark red, 2mm micro-faceted round, Mohs hardness 8-1/2
- Wire protector, Accu-Guard™, 14Kt gold-filled, 4mm tube, 0.5mm inside diameter
- Crimp, sterling silver, 1.6x1mm smooth round tube, 1.1mm inside diameter
- Jump ring, 14Kt gold-filled, 4.5x3mm oval, 3.2x2mm inside diameter, 22 gauge
- Ear wire, gold-plated brass, 16.5mm kidney with 4.5mm half ball and open loop, 20-21 gauge
Instructions
Necklace Instructions
Step 1
Cut a 24-inch length of Accu-Flex® professional quality beading wire.
Step 2
Attach a jump ring to a cubic zirconia focal and a second jump ring. Attach a third jump ring to the second jump ring, as seen in the image above.
Step 3
String a crimp and an Accu-Guard™ wire protector onto the beading wire. Pass the beading wire back through the crimp. Pull the beading wire so the crimp rests snug against the Accu-Guard leaving approximately 1/4 inch of beading wire on the end. Crimp then add a crimp cover.
Step 4
String beads and components in the appropriate pattern, according to the image above.
Step 5
Repeat Step 2 to secure the end of the strand. Trim excess beading wire.
Step 6
Use jump rings to attach the clasp to one end of the strand. Attach jump rings to the other end of the strand to complete the necklace.
Earring Instructions
Step 1
Cut a 5-inch length of Accu-Flex professional quality beading wire.
Step 2
Attach a jump ring to a cubic zirconia drop.
Step 3
String a crimp and an Accu-Guard wire protector onto the beading wire. Pass the beading wire back through the crimp. Pull the beading wire so the crimp rests snug against the Accu-Guard leaving approximately 1/4 inch of beading wire on the end. Crimp then add a crimp cover.
Step 4
String three gold-filled beads and a crimp onto the beading wire. Continue to string the following:
- Three cubic zirconia beads
- Five gold-filled beads
- One cubic zirconia bead
- One cubic zirconia drop
- One cubic zirconia bead
- Five gold-filled beads
- Three cubic zirconia beads
Pass the beading wire back through the same crimp. Crimp then add a crimp cover. Trim excess wire.
Step 5
Repeat Steps 1 - 4 to create a second earring.
