Cut two 16-inch lengths of Accu-Flex.
String a crimp and an Accu-Guard™ wire protector onto both lengths of beading wire at once. Pass the beading wire back through the crimp. Pull the beading wire so the crimp rests approximately 1mm from the Accu-Guard, leaving approximately 1/4 inch of beading wire on the end. Crimp, trim the excess from the short end of the beading wire and add a crimp cover.
String 13 5x1mm tubes and one 3mm bicone onto both beading wires at once.
String the following onto one beading wire two times:

Temporarily secure the beading wire.

Repeat Steps 2 and 3 in reverse to complete the strands.
Use a bail to attach a feather pendant to the center double curve bead.
String a 6mm rhinestone round onto a head pin and create a simple loop.
Cut a 2-1/2 inch length of chain. Attach the drop created in Step 8 to one end of the chain.
Use a jump ring to attach the unembellished end of the chain to one end of the necklace.
Use a second jump ring to attach a lobster claw clasp to the opposite end of the necklace.
Use a jump ring to attach a feather pendant to the loop of an earstud. Repeat to create a second earring.
