Instructions
Necklace Instructions
Step 1
Cut one 16-inch length and one 18-inch length of add-a-bead Gossamer chain.
16-Inch Length of Chain
Step 2
String one crimp end onto the last link of the length of chain then crimp.
Tip: For easier stringing, string a length of Nymo® thread through the last link on the length of chain and the crimp end then pull tight.
Step 3
Continue to string the following onto the 16-inch length of chain:
- Three sets of:
- One 4mm faceted round
- One 4mm faceted cube
- Three sets of:
- One 4mm faceted round
- One 6mm faceted square
- Three sets of:
- One 4mm faceted round
- One 8mm faceted cube
- Three sets of:
- One 4mm faceted round
- One 6mm faceted square
- Three sets of:
- One 4mm faceted round
- One 4mm faceted square
- One 4mm faceted round
Repeat Step 2.
18-Inch Length of Chain
Step 4
Repeat Step 2 then string the following onto the 18-inch length of chain:
- One 4mm faceted round
- One 6mm faceted cube
- One 6mm faceted round
- One 8mm faceted cube
- One 6mm faceted round
- One 10mm faceted cube
- One 8mm faceted round
- One 12mm faceted cube
- One 8mm faceted round
- One 10mm faceted cube
- One 6mm faceted round
- One 8mm faceted cube
- One 6mm faceted round
- One 6mm faceted cube
- One 4mm faceted round
Repeat Step 2.
Step 5
Pass one 4mm jump ring to the crimp on one end of both lengths of chain and then close.
Use one 4mm jump ring to attach one portion of the toggle clasp to the previous jump ring.
Repeat to the opposite ends of the lengths of chain to complete the necklace.
Earring Instructions
Step 1
String one 4mm faceted round onto one 1-1/2 inch head pin then form a simple loop, creating a drop.
Step 2
String one 4mm faceted round onto one 1-inch eye pin then form a simple loop, creating a link.
Repeat using one 6mm faceted round.
Repeat using one 8mm faceted round.
Step 3
String one 4mm faceted cube onto one 1-inch eye pin then form a simple loop, creating a link.
Repeat using one 6mm faceted cube.
Repeat using one 8mm faceted cube.
Repeat using one 10mm faceted cube.
Step 4
Connect the following end-to-end:
- One 4mm faceted round drop to one 4mm faceted cube link
- The 4mm faceted cube link to one 4mm faceted round link
- The 4mm faceted round link to one 6mm faceted cube link
- The 6mm faceted cube link to one 6mm faceted round link
- The 6mm faceted round link to one 8mm faceted cube link
- The 8mm faceted cube link to one 8mm faceted round link
- The 8mm faceted round link to one 10mm faceted cube link
- The 10mm faceted cube link to the ear wire
Step 5
Repeat Steps 1 - 4 to create a second earring.
