- Wire protector, Accu-Guard™, gold-plated brass, 4mm tube, 0.5mm inside diameter
- Jump ring, gold-plated brass, 6x4mm oval, 4.3x2.5mm inside diameter, 20 gauge
- Clasp, toggle, gold-plated brass, 16mm round
- Bead, nephrite jade (natural), medium to dark, 10mm round, C grade, Mohs hardness 6 to 6-1/2
- Crimp cover, gold-plated brass, 4mm round
- Beading wire, Accu-Flex®, nylon and stainless steel, Dijon gold, 49 strand, 0.019-inch diameter
- Crimp, sterling silver, 2mm cut tube, 1.4mm inside diameter
- Bead, Crystal Passions®, crystal golden shadow, 4x3mm faceted rondelle (5040)
- Bead cap, gold-finished copper, 11x4mm flower with cutouts, fits 10-12mm bead
Instructions
Step 1
Cut one 10-inch length of Accu-Flex® professional-quality beading wire.
Step 2
String onto the length of beading wire: one crimp and one Accu-Guard™ wire protector. Pass the beading wire back through the crimp. Pull the beading wire so the crimp rests snug against the Accu-Guard leaving approximately 1/4 inch of beading wire on the end. Crimp, then trim the excess from the short end of the beading wire. Finish with a crimp cover.
Step 3
String the following onto the beading wire:
- 11 sets of:
- One golden shadow 4x3mm rondelle
- One 11x4mm flower bead cap (convex end first)
- One nephrite jade 10mm round
- One 11x4mm flower bead cap (concave end first)
- One golden shadow 4x3mm rondelle
Step 4
Repeat Step 2 to secure the strand.
Step 5
Pass one 6x4mm jump ring through the loop on one portion of the clasp and the Accu-Guard on one end of the strand, then close. Repeat to attach a second jump ring creating double jump rings.
Repeat to attach the second portion of the clasp to the opposite end of the strand.
