- Wire protector, Accu-Guard™, silver-plated brass, 4mm tube
- Clasp, toggle, sterling silver, 12x11.5mm heart
- Crimp, silver-plated brass, 2x1.5mm round, 1.3mm inside diameter
- Bead, amazonite (natural), 12x9mm-15x11mm graduated hand-cut faceted puffed teardrop, B+ grade, Mohs hardness 6 to 6-1/2
- Bead, apatite (natural), 6x4mm-7x5mm graduated hand-cut faceted briolette, B+ grade, Mohs hardness 5
- Bead tip, silver-plated brass, 8x3.5mm bottom clamp-on with open loop
- Beading wire, Accu-Flex®, nylon and stainless steel, clear, 49 strand, 0.012-inch diameter
- Bead, sterling silver, 3mm seamless corrugated round
- Chain, Gossamer™, sterling silver, 0.9mm add-a-bead
- Ear wire, sterling silver, 16mm flat fishhook with 2.5mm ball and open loop, 22 gauge
- Jump ring, silver-plated brass, 4mm round, 2.4mm inside diameter, 20 gauge
- Chain, sterling silver, 3mm oval cable
Instructions
Necklace Instructions
Step 1
Cut a 22-inch length of Accu-Flex® professional-quality beading wire, two 3-1/2 inch lengths of 3mm cable chain and 18 random lengths of 0.9mm chain.
Step 2
Use a 4mm jump ring to connect half of a toggle clasp and the first link of a length of cable chain.
Add a 4mm jump ring to the last link of the chain.
Step 3
String a crimp, an Accu-Guard™ wire protector and the jump ring added to the chain in Step 2 onto the beading wire. Pass the beading wire back through the crimp. Pull the beading wire so the crimp rests snug against the Accu-Guard leaving approximately 1/4 inch of beading wire on the end. Crimp, trim the excess from the short end of the beading wire then add a crimp cover.
Step 4
String 14 sets of: one apatite briolette and one 3mm corrugated round.
String three sets of: one amazonite teardrop, one corrugated round, one apatite briolette and one corrugated round.
String one amazonite teardrop and one corrugated round.
Step 5
String four sets of the following:
- 2 - 4 lengths of 0.9mm chain
- One apatite briolette
- One group of chain lengths
- One corrugated round
- One group of chain lengths
- One amazonite teardrop
- One group of chain lengths
- One corrugated round
String a group of chain lengths, an apatite briolette and another group of chain lengths.
Step 6
Repeat Steps 2 - 4 in reverse to complete the necklace.
Earring Instructions
Step 1
Cut two 2-inch lengths of Accu-Flex professional-quality beading wire.
Step 2
String five 3mm corrugated rounds, an amazonite teardrop and five additional corrugated rounds onto a length of beading wire.
Step 3
Pass both ends of the beading wire through a crimp in opposite directions. Pull to create a circle of beads then crimp to secure. Pass each end of the wire through adjacent beads and then trim.
Step 4
Clamp a bead tip over the crimp bead then attach the loop of the bead tip to an ear wire using a 4mm jump ring.
Step 5
Repeat Steps 2 - 4 to create the second earring.
