Instructions
Necklace Instructions
Step 1
Cut two 26-inch lengths of Accu-Flex® professional-quality beading wire.
Step 2
String onto one length of beading wire: one crimp and one Accu-Guard™ wire protector. Pass the beading wire back through the crimp. Pull the beading wire so the crimp rests snug against the Accu-Guard leaving approximately 1/4 inch of beading wire on the end. Crimp then trim the excess from the short end of the beading wire. Finish with a crimp cover.
Step 3
String the following sequence onto the beading wire a total of three times:
- Two sets of:
- Two sets of:
- One 3x1mm ribbed bead cap
- One opaque bronze 4mm faceted round
- One 3x1mm ribbed bead cap
- One 2.5mm smooth round
- One 3x1mm ribbed bead cap
- One opaque bronze 4mm faceted round
- One 3x1mm ribbed bead cap
- One 3mm smooth round
- One acrylic 12x10mm rectangle
- One 3mm smooth round
- Two sets of:
- One 3x1mm ribbed bead cap
- One opaque bronze 4mm faceted round
- One 3x1mm ribbed bead cap
- One 2.5mm smooth round
- One 3x1mm ribbed bead cap
- One 3mm smooth round
- One acrylic 12x10mm rectangle
- One 3mm smooth round
- Three sets of:
- One acrylic 12x10mm rectangle
- One 3mm smooth round
Step 4
Continue to string:
- Two sets of:
- One 3x1mm ribbed bead cap
- One opaque bronze 4mm faceted round
- One 3x1mm ribbed bead cap
- One 2.5mm smooth round
- One 3x1mm ribbed bead cap
- One opaque bronze 4mm faceted round
- One 3x1mm ribbed bead cap
- One 3mm smooth round
- One acrylic 12x10mm rectangle
- One 3mm smooth round
- Two sets of:
- One 3x1mm ribbed bead cap
- One opaque bronze 4mm faceted round
- One 3x1mm ribbed bead cap
- One 2.5mm smooth round
- One 3x1mm ribbed bead cap
- One opaque bronze 4mm faceted round
- One 3x1mm ribbed bead cap
- One 3mm smooth round
Place a Bead Stopper™ after the last bead then set the strand aside.
Step 5
Repeat Steps 2 - 4 to create a second strand.
Step 6
Remove the Bead Stoppers from both strands, string one acrylic 12x10mm rectangle onto both strands then replace the Bead Stopper on one strand.
Continue to string onto one length of beading wire:
- One 3mm smooth round
- One 3x1mm ribbed bead cap
- One opaque bronze 4mm faceted round
- One 3x1mm ribbed bead cap
- Three sets of:
- One 2.5mm smooth round
- One 3x1mm ribbed bead cap
- One opaque bronze 4mm faceted round
- One 3x1mm ribbed bead cap
- Four sets of:
- One 2.5mm smooth round
- One 3x1mm ribbed bead cap
- One opaque bronze 6mm faceted round
- One 3x1mm ribbed bead cap
- Four sets of:
- One 2.5mm smooth round
- One 3x1mm ribbed bead cap
- One opaque bronze 6mm faceted round
- One 3x1mm ribbed bead cap
- One crimp
Crimp then trim excess wire. Finish with a crimp cover.
Step 7
Remove the Bead Stopper from the remaining length of beading wire. String the following:
- One 3mm smooth round
- One 3x1mm ribbed bead cap
- One opaque bronze 4mm faceted round
- One 3x1mm ribbed bead cap
- Two sets of:
- One 2.5mm smooth round
- One 3x1mm ribbed bead cap
- One opaque bronze 4mm faceted round
- One 3x1mm ribbed bead cap
- Three sets of:
- One 2.5mm smooth round
- One 3x1mm ribbed bead cap
- One opaque bronze 6mm faceted round
- One 3x1mm ribbed bead cap
- Three sets of:
- One 2.5mm smooth round
- One 3x1mm ribbed bead cap
- One opaque bronze 8mm faceted round
- One 3x1mm ribbed bead cap
- One crimp
Crimp then trim excess wire. Finish with a crimp cover.
Step 8
Pass one 6x4mm jump ring through one Accu-Guard and one half of the magnetic clasp then close. Repeat to attach the remaining half of the clasp to the other Accu-Guard.
Earrings Instructions
Step 1
String one 3x1mm ribbed bead cap, one opaque bronze 8mm faceted round and one 3x1mm ribbed bead cap onto a 1-inch head pin then form a simple loop. Repeat to create a second drop.
String one 3x1mm ribbed bead cap, one opaque bronze 6mm faceted round and one 3x1mm ribbed bead cap onto a 1-inch eye pin then form a simple loop. Repeat to create a second 6mm link and two 4mm links.
Step 2
String one 3mm smooth round, one 12x10mm rectangle and one 3mm smooth round onto a 1-inch eye pin then form a simple loop. Repeat to create a second link.
Step 3
Attach the following:
- One ear wire
- One 12x10mm rectangle link
- One 4mm faceted round link
- One 6mm faceted round link
- One 8mm faceted round drop
Repeat to create a second earring.
