- Wire protector, Accu-Guard™, gold-plated brass, 4mm tube, 0.5mm inside diameter
- Jump ring, gold-plated brass, 6.5x5mm oval, 4.6x3mm inside diameter, 18 gauge
- Jump ring, gold-plated brass, 4mm round, 2.4mm inside diameter, 20 gauge
- Eye pin, gold-plated brass, 1 inch, 21 gauge
- Ear wire, gold-plated brass, 18mm perfect balance angular fishhook with 3.5mm stardust ball and open loop, 22 gauge
- Crimp, 12Kt gold-filled, 2mm smooth tube, 1.1mm inside diameter
- Crimp cover, gold-plated brass, 4mm stardust round
- Clasp, toggle, gold-plated brass, 13mm smooth round
- Charm, gold-finished "pewter" (zinc-based alloy) and enamel, white with silver-colored glitter, 22mm single-sided poinsettia
- Beading wire, Accu-Flex®, nylon and stainless steel, Dijon gold, 49 strand, 0.019-inch diameter
- Bead, Czech fire-polished glass, opaque alabaster snow white luster, 6mm faceted round
- Bead, Czech fire-polished glass, opaque alabaster snow white luster, 4mm faceted round
- Bead cap, gold-plated brass, 3x1mm ribbed round, fits 2-4mm bead
Instructions
Necklace Instructions
Step 1
Cut one 20-inch length of Accu-Flex® professional-quality beading wire.
Attach a 6.5x5mm oval jump ring to three 22x22mm poinsettia charms.
Step 2
String onto the beading wire: one crimp and one Accu-Guard™ wire protector. Pass the beading wire back through the crimp. Pull the beading wire so the crimp rests snug against the Accu-Guard leaving approximately 1/4 inch of beading wire on the end. Crimp then trim excess from the short end of the beading wire. Finish with a crimp cover.
Step 3
String the following onto the beading wire:
- Ten sets of:
-One bead cap
-One 4mm bead
-One bead cap
- 16 sets of:
-One bead cap
-One 6mm bead
-One bead cap
Step 4
Continue to string: the jump ring on one poinsettia charm and four sets of one bead cap, one 6mm bead and one bead cap. Repeat this sequence to string two additional sets then repeat the stringing sequence in Step 3 in the opposite direction. Repeat Step 2 to secure the strand.
Step 5
Use one 4mm jump ring to connect the loop on each portion of the toggle clasp to the Accu-Guard on one end of the strand.
Earring Instructions
Step 1
String onto one 1-inch eye pin: one bead cap, one 6mm bead and one bead cap then form a simple loop on the straight end of the wire. Repeat to create a second 6mm bead link.
Step 2
Use one oval jump ring to attach one poinsettia charm to the loop on one end of the eye pin.
Attach the loop of one fishhook ear wire to the remaining loop on the link.
Repeat to create a second earring.
