- Wire protector, Accu-Guard™, gold-plated brass, 4mm tube, 0.5mm inside diameter
- Seed bead, Dyna-Mites™, glass, silver-lined translucent rainbow orange, #11 round with square hole
- Jump ring, gold-plated brass, 4mm round, 2.4mm inside diameter, 20 gauge
- Earstud, stainless steel and antique gold-plated pewter (tin-based alloy), 11mm radiating swirl with closed loop
- Earnut, gold-plated stainless steel, 6x5mm
- Drop mix, Celestial Crystal®, fire, 11.5x5.5mm-12.5x6mm faceted briolette
- Crimp, 12Kt gold-filled, 2mm smooth tube, 1.1mm inside diameter
- Crimp cover, gold-plated brass, 4mm stardust round
- Clasp, toggle, antique gold-plated pewter (tin-based alloy), 20x16mm fancy round
- Chain, gold-finished brass, 3x2.5mm cable
- Beading wire, Accu-Flex®, nylon and stainless steel, Dijon gold, 49 strand, 0.014-inch diameter
- Bail, ice-pick, gold-plated brass, 8x3.5mm, 6mm grip length
Instructions
Necklace Instructions
Step 1
Cut one 18-inch length of Accu-Flex® professional-quality beading wire.
Step 2
String onto the beading wire: one crimp and one Accu-Guard™ wire protector. Pass the beading wire back through the crimp. Pull the beading wire so the crimp rests snug against the Accu-Guard leaving approximately 1/4 inch of beading wire on the end. Crimp then trim excess from the short end of the beading wire. Finish with a 4mm crimp cover.
Step 3
String 5-3/4 inches of rainbow orange #11 seed beads onto the beading wire.
Step 4
Continue to string the following pattern:
- One orange 12mm drop
- Five rainbow orange #11 seed beads
- One yellow 12mm drop
- Five rainbow orange #11 seed beads
- One black 12mm drop
- Five rainbow orange #11 seed beads
- One red 12mm drop
Repeat this sequence to string a total of three sets then repeat Step 3.
Repeat Step 2 to secure the strand.
Step 5
Pass one 4mm jumpring through the loop on one portion of the toggle clasp and the Accu-Guard on one end of the strand then close. Repeat to connect the second portion of the clasp to the opposite end of the strand.
Earring Instructions
Step 1
Cut the following lengths of 3x2.5mm cable chain:
- Two 3/4 inch lengths
- Two 1-inch lengths
- Two 1-1/4 inch lengths
- Two 1-1/2 inch lengths
Step 2
Attach one ice-pick bail to the following:
- Two orange 12mm drops
- Two yellow 12mm drops
- Two red 12mm drops
- Two black 12mm drops
Step 3
Pass one 4mm jumpring through an orange bail drop and the first link on one end of one 3/4 inch length of cable chain then close. Repeat to attach the second 3/4 inch length of chain to the second orange drop.
Use 4mm jumprings to connect a yellow bail drop to each 1-inch length of cable chain, a red bail drop to each 1-1/4 inch length of cable chain and a black bail drop to each 1-1/2 inch length of cable chain.
Pass one 4mm jumpring through the last link on one orange, one yellow, one red and one black bail drop chain and one 11x11mm earstud loop then close.
Repeat to create a second earring.
