Instructions
Cut the following lengths:
Using one 10-inch length of sterling silver wire, begin by making one loop with the Wubbers® pliers approximately 2 inches from one end.
Repeat to create a second, third, fourth and fifth loop consecutively from the previous loop.
Tip: You may wish to practice making the loops with a more economical metal wire prior to experimenting or creating a project with the sterling silver wire.
Make an acute angle on the length following the fifth loop; this should be the longer length.
Make a right angle on the length prior to the first loop; this will be the shorter length.
Create a briolette wrapped loop with the ends of the lengths of wire creating a triangle component drop. Trim any excess wire.
String one crimp, one green onyx 6x4mm briolette and one crimp onto one 6-inch length of beading wire.
Pass one end of the beading wire through the first loop created in Step 2 then back through the previous beads starting with the first crimp bead creating a hoop or circle with the beading wire.
Crimp, then trim the excess from the short end of the beading wire.
Repeat Step 5 using the following loops, briolette drops and lengths of beading wire:
Pass the loop on one fishhook ear wire through the briolette loop of the triangular component drop then close.
Repeat Steps 2 - 7 to create a second earring.
