Instructions
Cut two 9-inch lengths of Accu-Flex® professional-quality beading wire and four 1/2 inch lengths of French wire.
String onto the beading wire: one crimp and one length of French wire. Pass the beading wire back through the crimp. Pull the beading wire so the crimp rests snug against the French wire leaving approximately 1/4 inch of beading wire on the end.
Crimp, then trim the excess from the short end of the beading wire. Finish with a 4mm crimp cover.
String the following onto the beading wire:
Repeat Step 2 to secure the strand.
Repeat Steps 2 and 3 to create a duplicate strand for the opposite side of the necklace.
Pass one 10mm jumpring through one hole in the paua shell 62x52mm half-moon focal and the first French wire loop on one strand.
Use one 4mm jumpring to attach the French wire loop on the opposite end of the strand to one portion of the toggle clasp.
Repeat using the second hole on the focal and the second portion of the clasp to finish the opposite side of the necklace.
String onto one 1-inch eyepin: one 4x2mm smooth heishi, one light aqua 8mm round and one 4x2mm smooth heishi. Form a simple loop creating an aqua link.
Repeat to create a second aqua link.
Pass one 4mm jumpring through the hole in one paua shell 15mm flat round drop and the first loop in one aqua link. Attach the loop on one leverback earwire to the loop on the opposite end of the link.
Repeat to create a second earring.
