- Bead, Czech glass druk, opaque satin mauve, 6mm round
- Bead, Czech glass druk, opaque satin mauve, 8mm round
- Bead, Czech glass druk, opaque white, 6mm round
- Bead, gold-plated brass, 2.5mm round
- Bead, gold-plated brass, 5x3mm saucer
- Beading wire, Accu-Flex®, nylon and stainless steel, Dijon gold, 49 strand, 0.014-inch diameter
- Clasp, 2-strand tab, gold-finished brass, 10x7mm filigree square with flower
- Crimp cover, gold-plated brass, 4mm round
- Crimp, 14Kt gold-filled, 2x1mm smooth tube
- Earnut, rubber and gold-plated brass, 7x3mm
- Earstud, gold-plated brass and stainless steel, 6mm half ball with closed loop
- Jump ring, gold-plated brass, 4mm round, 2.6mm inside diameter, 22 gauge
- Spacer bar, antique gold-plated pewter (tin-based alloy), 30x3.5mm 5-strand smooth rondelle, fits up to 5.5mm bead
- Wire protector, Accu-Guard™, gold-plated brass, 4mm tube, 0.5mm inside diameter
Instructions
Necklace Instructions
Step 1
Cut four 14-inch lengths and one 2-1/2 inch length of Accu-Flex® professional-quality beading wire.
Step 2
String one crimp onto the end of the 2-1/2 inch length of beading wire then crimp. Finish with a 4mm crimp cover.
Step 3
String the following onto the beading wire:
- One mauve satin 8mm round
- One 5x3mm saucer
- Two opaque white 6mm rounds
- One 5x3mm saucer
- One mauve satin 6mm round
- One 5x3mm saucer
- Three opaque white 6mm rounds
- The center hole in one 30x3.5mm 5-strand spacer bar
Repeat Step 2 to secure the strand then trim excess beading wire from each end.
Step 4
Repeat Step 2 using one 12-inch length of beading wire to begin the first strand then string the following:
- One mauve satin 8mm round
- One 5x3mm saucer
- Two opaque white 6mm rounds
- One 5x3mm saucer
- One mauve satin 6mm round
- One 5x3mm saucer
- Two opaque white 6mm rounds
- The second hole in the spacer bar
Step 5
Continue to string the following:
- One 5x3mm saucer
- One mauve satin 6mm round
- One 5x3mm saucer
- Seven opaque white 6mm rounds
- Repeat this sequence to string three sets:
- One 5x3mm saucer
- One mauve satin 6mm round
- One 5x3mm saucer
- One opaque white 6mm round
- One 5x3mm saucer
- One mauve satin 6mm round
- One 5x3mm saucer
- Seven opaque white 6mm rounds
- One crimp
- One Accu-Guard wire protector
Pass the beading wire back through the crimp. Pull the beading wire so the crimp rests snug against the Accu-Guard leaving approximately 1/4 inch of beading wire on the end. Crimp then trim the excess from the short end of the beading wire. Finish with a crimp cover.
Step 6
Repeat Step 2 using one 12-inch length of beading wire to begin the second strand then string the following:
- One mauve satin 8mm round
- One 5x3mm saucer
- Two opaque white 6mm rounds
- One 5x3mm saucer
- One mauve satin 6mm round
- One 5x3mm saucer
- One opaque white 6mm round
- The first hole in the spacer bar
Repeat Step 5 to finish strand.
Step 7
Repeat Steps 4 - 6 using the fourth and fifth holes on the spacer bar to create the second half of the necklace.
Step 8
Pass one 4mm jumpring through the Accu-Guard on the end of the first strand and the top loop on one portion of the clasp then close. Repeat to attach the second strand to the bottom loop.
Repeat to attach the second half of the necklace to the second portion of the clasp.
Earring Instructions
Step 1
Cut two 3-inch lengths of beading wire.
Step 2
String the following onto the beading wire:
- One crimp
- Two 2.5mm rounds
- Two opaque white 6mm rounds
- One 5x3mm saucer
- One mauve satin 6mm round
- One 5x3mm saucer
- Two opaque white 6mm rounds
- One 5x3mm saucer
- One mauve satin 8mm round
- One 5x3mm saucer
- Two opaque white 6mm rounds
- One 5x3mm saucer
- One mauve satin 6mm round
- One 5x3mm saucer
- Two opaque white 6mm rounds
- Two 2.5mm rounds
Step 3
Pass the beading wire through the crimp on the opposite end of the beading wire then string one Accu-Guard. Pass the beading wire back through the crimp. Pull the beading wire so the crimp rests snug against the Accu-Guard then crimp. Finish with a 4mm crimp cover.
Step 4
Pass one 4mm jumpring through the Accu-Guard and the loop on one 6mm half ball earstud then close.
Step 5
Repeat Steps 2 - 4 to create a second earring.
