Instructions
Roll out 1/4 of a bar of Sage Pearl polymer clay with an acrylic roller to about 0.25 inches thick.
Use the 1-inch flower cutter in the shape cutter set to cut out two flowers.
Use the 0.25-inch circle in the circle clay cutter set and cut out a circle in the centers of the flowers.
With a toothpick, punch a hole into the center of the top petal and one hole at the bottom between the two petals.
Bake in the oven at 275 degrees for 20 minutes.
After the flowers have cooled completely, use a paintbrush to brush Sculpey glaze onto both pieces.
Take 10 inches of 26-gauge gold-finished ParaWire™ and string the first part of wire through the hole of a Crystal Passions® Regenerated peridot briolette.
Wrap the wire around the top of the briolette, hiding the hole and creating a cap.
Twist both wire ends together, then make a wrapped loop at the top.
Trim off one end of the wire. Take the other wire end and make a swoop curve one last time around the briolette and secure.
Attach a briolette drop to a flower with an 8mm jump ring.
Attach the flower to a gold-plated earring hoop.
Repeat for the second earring.
Tip: For more information on working with jump rings, view the “Secrets to Opening and Closing Jump Rings” how-to video and instructions.
