What inspires you as a designer-artist?

I am inspired by the beauty of crystals and natural pearls.

What medium do you work with mostly?

I love designing with brilliant crystals and translucent seed beads, organically beautiful freshwater pearls, and rich gemstones.

Why did you become enchanted with this style of jewelry-making?

My favorite designs are those that I have incorporated crystals, seed beads, and freshwater pearls into elegant beadwork pendant necklaces. The look is classically beautiful with unique organic elements.

Where and how do you sell your jewelry?

I sell my jewelry on etsy.com as well as local artist galleries and museums.

What inspired this design?

The design is one of my favorites to make, using beadwork method to weave seed beads, freshwater pearls, and crystals into a unique and beautiful pendant necklace.

How did it come together?

I loved the beauty and depth of the Preciosa Smoke Topaz crystals and wanted something just as enchanting to compliment them. I had the pearls sitting in my fine bead stash. I couldn't have been more pleased with the result. Beautiful, enchanting, organic, unique. This necklace is one of my favorites.
