Instructions

Hand-held steel rotary punch for leather work. The rotary tool boasts six punches of the most commonly used hole sizes (2mm, 2.5mm, 3mm, 3.5mm, 4mm and 5mm) that lock in place when selected. Tool will punch 8 - 9 ounce belt weight cowhide (4mm thickness). Comfortable grip handles.

Step 1

Rotate punch wheel until desired punch size is aligned with the lower jaw of the tool. Locking arm will snap into place when correctly aligned.

Step 2
Hole punch with leather strip

Insert a leather piece between the jaws of the punch tool at desired position. Be sure to have tool horizontally level to avoid punching hole at an angle.

Note: Laying a thinner scrap piece of leather between the strike plate and leather to be punched will result in a cleaner hole and help protect the strike plate keeping the tool sharp.
