- Bead, Czech fire-polished glass, translucent clear celsian AB, 6mm faceted round
- Wire frame, steel, 7-1/2 x 7-1/4 inch heart
Instructions
Heart Frame Instructions
Step 1- Prepare the Wire
Cut 48 inches of 22-gauge silver-plated Zebra Wire™. Cut 48 inches of 22-gauge dead-soft bright copper Wrapit® wire.
Step 2- Wrap the Heart, Part 1
Wrap the silver-plated Zebra Wire around the point at the bottom of the heart frame several times and then cut off the excess. Wrap the wire around the edge of the heart, then add a 6mm celsian fire-polished bead to the wire. String the wire through the next hole in the heart frame and pull the wire tight, securing the bead against the frame.
Continue wrapping in this manner, adding a bead and securing the wire against the frame each time.
When you come to bottom of heart, wrap the silver-plated Zebra Wire around frame several times to secure it.
Step 3- Wrap the Heart, Part 2
Using the same procedure you used in Step 2, wrap the bright copper Wrapit wire and 6mm metallic silver fire-polished beads around the heart frame, alternating the celsian beads with the metallic silver beads to create a pattern.
Hanger Instructions
Step 1- Prepare the Wire
Cut 20 inches of 22-gauge dead-soft bright copper Wrapit wire.
Step 2- Stringing the Beads
String five 4mm smoke-colored bicone beads onto the wire.
String the remaining beads onto the wire in this pattern:
- One 15x10mm smoke-colored teardrop bead, with the point facing toward the center of the wire
- One 6mm metallic silver fire-polished glass bead
- One 6mm celsian fire-polished glass bead
- One 6mm metallic silver fire-polished glass bead
- One 15x10mm smoke-colored teardrop bead with the point facing away from the center of the wire
- One 6mm metallic silver fire-polished glass bead
- One 6mm celsian fire-polished glass bead
- One 6mm metallic silver fire-polished glass bead
- One 15x10mm smoke-colored teardrop bead with the point facing toward the center of the wire
- One 6mm metallic silver fire-polished glass bead
- One 6mm celsian fire-polished glass bead—this bead will be at the center of the wire
- One 6mm metallic silver fire-polished glass bead
- One 15x10mm smoke-colored teardrop bead facing toward the center of the wire
- One 6mm metallic silver fire-polished glass bead
- One 6mm celsian fire-polished glass bead
- One 6mm metallic silver fire-polished glass bead
- One 15x10mm smoke-colored teardrop bead with the point facing away from the center of the wire
- One 6mm metallic silver fire-polished glass bead
- One 6mm celsian fire-polished glass bead
- One 6mm metallic silver fire-polished glass bead
- One 15x10mm smoke-colored teardrop bead with the point facing toward the center of the wire
Step 3- Finishing
String five more 4mm smoke-colored bicone beads onto the wire. Secure the ends of the wire to the top of the heart frame by wrapping the wire around the frame several times. Trim the excess wire.
